- 400 gr of chicken breast
- 100-150 gr of blue cheese
- 100-150 gr of sour cream
- 1 egg yorke
- Plain flour
In a bowl, mix and crush with a fork, the blue cheese (cut in little pieces before), the egg yorke and the sour cream.
Slice the chicken breasts into strips, then roll it into the plain flour.
In a hot big fry pan, cook the chicken breast. It must be golden and grilled but still tender inside.
Add the sauce into the pan, and let it reduce on low heat.
Serve with noodles of french fries.
You can also use that sauce with red meat, like beef rib of rumsteak.
