Ingredients :

Quesadillas au poulet(For 15-20 quesadillas)

  • 500gr of chicken
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 onions
  • 1 or 2 garlic cloves
  • 15-20 corn tortillas
  • 500gr of cheese (Edam or Cheddar)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Method :

Cut the chicken in little dices.
In a big fry pan, mix the peppers, oinions and garlic with the chicken and let it cook together until the chicken is soft and golden.

Warm up a little bit a tortilla, then add some cheese (cut in thin slices) and one table spoon of the chicken and vegetables mix. Add some salt and black pepper, then fold the tortilla in 2. Cook on both sides.
When the cheese is melted, the quesadilla is ready to be enjoyed with a good guacamole !

La préparation poulet / légumes pour la garnitureAn other way to present quesadilas is to add the cheese and chicken/vegetable mix on all the tortilla and add onther one on top. Cook on both side. Then cut the quesadilla in pieces like a cake.
